This is literally the most beautiful appetizer for any holiday party and the best part about it is the prep time! Three ingredients, five minutes and wah-lah! So easy, so yummy, so pretty. You can find all three of these ingredients within steps of each other at your local grocery!
one wedge of Drunken Goat or Manchego cheese (or one of each!)
one package of fruit paste (I suggest this one in fig or apricot for fall apps!)
one box of marcona almonds (Trader Joe’s has the best roasted rosemary ones! Plain are also fine.)
Slice the cheese into thin triangles.
Slice the fruit paste into thin pieces and layer on top of cheese wedge.
Finish with an almond and a sprinkle of himalayan sea salt on top!
