We want everyone to be able to attend our classes!
In order for our schedule to run smoothly and accommodate our clients, we ask that you recognize the following policies.
A late cancellation is defined as any class canceled within the 12-hour window prior to the start time of the class.
A ‘no show’ is defined as any reservation that is not canceled and the client does not attend their reservation.
A late cancellation/’no show’ fee of $10 will be charged to each client with a month unlimited package who late cancels or does not attend their reservation. Fees will be charged to the card on file at the end of each business day. If your card is not on file, one day will be deducted from your package. If you have a session package, you will lose that session.
*If you want to change classes, you are responsible for cancelling out of the class you are changing from and letting management know so that you may be excused from a cancellation fee.
We require a minimum of 2 clients to be booked for a class to make. We reserve the right to cancel a class if fewer than 2 clients are booked. Clients will be notified of the cancellation no later than 3 hours before the class start time (early morning classes will be notified the afternoon before). You will be provided with alternate class times and we will work with you to find classes that work best with your schedule.
To prevent class cancellations, we encourage you to book your classes at least 24 hours in advance.
If a class is full, you may be put onto a wait list. You will receive an email and a text informing you that you made it into the class when another client cancels their reservation. It is your responsibility to check your email and messages (don’t forget to check the Spam folder!). You will then need to confirm or cancel your reservation. You will not be charged a late fee, however if you do not show up you will be charged for a ‘no show’. PLEASE NOTE that you will not be notified if you do not make it into the class. If you are not sure whether or not you made it into a class, please ask management at the front desk or call or text to 662-722-1038.
We ask that you arrive to class no later than 10 minutes after the class start time. A late arrival after 10 minutes will risk losing the reservation to a standby client and may be asked to leave. It is best to arrive at least 10 minutes before the class start time so that everyone will be ready to begin the class on time.
Our weather policy coincides with Mississippi State University’s policy. If they cancel class, then we will contact you and cancel class also.
A late cancellation is defined as any appointment canceled within the 12-hour window prior to the start time of the appointment.
A ‘no show’ is defined as any appointment that is not canceled and the client does not attend their appointment.
A late cancellation will be charged half the price of the service to the card on file. A ‘no show’ will be charged the full price of the service to the card on file.
*This policy applies to all MP GLOW and PRIVATE PILATES SESSION appointments.
*If you have an unavoidable emergency, please email or text us using the contact information listed below with “Late Cancel Emergency” as the subject.
You can cancel a class from your Mindbody account, by email to email@example.com, or by phone or text to 662-722-1038.
